The .ZA Domain Name Authority (.ZADNA) is a not-for-profit company that administrates the .ZA namespace.
.ZADNA is statutory regulator and manager of .ZA – the Internet country code top-level domain for South Africa. .ZADNA is mandated to:
- Administer, regulate and issue licenses in terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (2002).
- Comply with international best practice in administration and management of the .ZA namespace.
- License and regulate registries.
- License and regulate registrars for respective registries.
